Kahana Falls Resort Napili-Honokowai, Napili-Honokowai

Although the rooms were tiny and outdated, our stay was comfortable for four guests. We had a king bed, a queen sofa bed, and a kitchen, but we were concerned about rats in the room. The service was pleasant and efficient during our visit, and the staff was very attentive, making our stay welcoming. The location was terrific, near the beach and many stores and restaurants, but the property itself seemed run down and outdated. The dining experience was easy to manage with our own meals, and the facilities offered were appropriate.

The hotel offers rooms with balconies overlooking the beautiful pools, which were clean and well-stocked. However, the room felt more like a part of a larger condo with a kitchenette thrown in. The service was outstanding and welcoming, with staff being very friendly and accommodating. The location, while small, was good with easy access to the pool and beach across the street and several dining and shopping options nearby. The dining experience was pleasant with easy homemade meal options available. The facilities were well-equipped with a fitness facility, kitchen, game room, and computer.

The hotel's location is fantastic, by the beach and close to various amenities. The rooms were clean and comfortable, despite being small; however, the lack of natural light and issues with the jacuzzi were a letdown. The service was outstanding, consistently friendly, informative, and patient. The dining options were limited to easy-to-make meals like cheese rolls. The hotel boasts terrific facilities, albeit the room size and jacuzzi concerns.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was great, right across from the beach and convenient to everything, but the rooms were a bit small and seemed outdated.
